Build a stable zone route
Start each practice run in the same visible section and move through the shop in one consistent direction. A stable route makes missed areas obvious and reduces repeated crossings.
This is a route framework, not a fixed map solution. The reviewed official sources do not publish every squishy location, and updates may move objects or change the shop.
- Choose a clear starting landmark in the current shop.
- Divide the visible floor and shelves into small sections.
- Finish one section before moving to the next unless the game clearly rewards a combined trip.
- Use switching controls to handle held squishies without unnecessary drops.
- End at a predictable final section and check for anything left behind.
- Change only one weak section before the next timed attempt.
Reduce correction time
- Place carefully the first time; a wrong placement creates extra travel and handling.
- Keep the camera aimed toward the next interaction instead of turning after every item.
- Use T on PC when mouse lock slows interface interaction.
- Practice pickup, switch, place, and squish inputs separately before combining them under time pressure.
Team route
The official description supports cleanup with friends. For a coordinated attempt, assign non-overlapping visible zones and use a simple completion call so two players do not repeatedly inspect the same shelf.
If one zone consistently finishes late, rebalance the area on the next run rather than abandoning all roles mid-attempt.
- One owner per visible zone at the start.
- Short calls for complete, uncertain placement, or help needed.
- One planned handoff point after the first zones are clear.
- A final shared sweep only after assigned areas report complete.
Leaderboard test log
- Record the date and whether the game updated before the attempt.
- Record solo or team play and the number of players involved.
- Note the slowest zone and the cause of the largest correction.
- Change one route or upgrade decision, then compare the next completed run.
